2.  Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of shipment, enabling you to monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Restriction

1. We currently ship exclusively within India.

2. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

In case of Delivery Delays

1. Unforeseen Circumstances: Although we make every effort to deliver within the specified time frame, there may be delays due to unforeseen events such as adverse weather, courier service disruptions, or other external factors.

In case of Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

1. Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If a package is lost or stolen, we will verify the delivery details, including tracking information, and assist you with the investigation.
